Releasing all of the things that happened in 2015 that did not meet your highest expectations is a good idea isn't it.

It is a matter of really letting things go, instead of further analyzing and just deciding it isn't really so important if it just makes you feel bad anyway.

The things that make you feel bad, just feel bad and so must be disposed of if you ever hope to feel happy.

Having Fun with NLP Training | NLP is Fun

When I first created NLP is Fun my Intention was to share the idea that Neuro Linguistic programming can be helpful to anybody.

We are given such an extensive variety of choice with these amazing techniques. Initially when people have completed NLP Training they may feel overwhelmed or not know consciously where to begin and also some people are trying their hardest to learn NLP via Books and Video.


While these are a great start, having information shared with an Expert who has been studying, Training and Coaching with NLP for years is going to help you to experience NLP in a way that will put it all together for you.
When you have a more associated framework with NLP you can begin to apply it in your own life first. If you do it like that you will get stacks more information out of each exercise.
So many times people may consciously be aware of things and yet, not use them in their own life.


If you want to Learn NLP then begin to use NLP and make it entertaining, Fun and interesting .. that is where you will get the most out of it.
My whole premise is let's get a little crazy and let our hair down to have a whole new experience. how about you expect the unexpected in your own life.

Can life be fun and yet you learn lots of new helpful info quickly ?
In my book this is the best way to pack our unconscious minds full of Infinite Possibilities.
How else will we ever truly get it

Changing Bad Memories | NLP is Fun

Sometimes Bad memories of things can get in the way.
One of the problem is you may not know how deeply they are operating in your unconscious processes.
The impact of this could be some form of Self sabotage in another area that you may have been struggling to get a certain result in.

Here is a really great Exercise from Dr Richard Bandler's Super Duper little Book "Get the Life you Want"  that helps you to actually change Bad Memories. Now that is real Magic isn't it?

I have used this exercise countless times and frequently use it in combinations with other patterns and find it works for memories that were really resistant to change.

OK are you ready, let's do the exercise.

1. Think of a Memory that doesn't feel very nice and you would like to change
2. Notice all of the Details in your submodalities
3. Freeze it and make it much smaller
4. Go to the very end of the memory and freeze it then Imagine there is Paint brush that allows you to white out and erase the memory.
5. Do this super fast, and repeat is about 5 times
6. Now run the memory backwards scrambling up all of the details
7. Begin to spin feelings of well being in your own Physiology, notice what direction feels the best for you and adjust to even improve the feelings in this action
8. Can you still feel the feelings of the bad memories, if so keep repeating until you cannot.

By the way, you will probably notice initially before it completely disappears the intensity of the impact becomes less and less and less very quickly.

And when you are ready to let go of it you will find it happens very easily.

Jail Break | NLP is Fun

I originally wrote this Post on my other blog many years ago and I really Like it So I have edited it a bit and brought it over here because it is fitting:

The Great Family Therapist Virginia Satir Said ( I paraphrase) "People often create a wall around them selves" trapping them inside like an "Emotional jail".

Being stuck in the wall or Boxes of our own imagination..
Once inside this wall can be quite difficult to see over or past the wall to all of the possibilities, that really are available to anyone person.
The Wall is really invisible to outsiders but it is made of heavy Limitations, and seems virtually impossible to get over, through or Under.

Describing the wall as you may experience it
The wall is unique to you, there may be some things that are generalizations and for sure most of these are distortions, but they feel very real.

It could be as simple as feelings of unworthiness, doubt, Insecurity, feelings of not being good enough or deserving even the most seemingly normal of things or circumstances. But sometimes it can be a layering filter of "This is Too Hard" or I Can't"

Some people have been able to describe the wall:
What it looks like
The pressure they can feel energetically
Where the feeling originates in their own body and more..
In their Mind the wall can also have other stuff to hold it into position, or that keeps a person from escaping.

How do we get this wall or feelings of being stuck ?
The Wall can be created one brick at a time, maybe perceptions originate from our childhood and can grow as a person grows.
The feelings are short cuts that prevent something, so in many ways they are unconsciously positioned from a higher intention.

They may help a person to ignore really painful feelings.
Perhaps they even direct traffic and provide substitute distractions instead of Experiencing our "Core feelings" some may call this "Ego" or even "Alter Ego" and we can mold it into the shape that we perceive makes us more desirable, acceptable, likable and so on.

Distractions can be People, Work, things, Lifestyle, Money, Sex, Drugs alcohol etc really anything that allows you not to fully experience the pain inside.

The great thing is, that once a person reaches a threshold they must be determined enough to find a way out of the wall.

Eventually after attempting to find relief in External sources which we believe hold the key to our own happiness.
We try our hardest at times to gain the attention and approval of others believing they will free us from this self imposed Jail.

We will not experience freedom until we allow ourselves to become accepting of our own internal selves. we hold all the keys for our own existence.

Fumbling with our Keys to open the locks
In many cases the prisons a person has created are so structured that even when we have the keys in our hot little hands we have a few false starts to begin with.

Consider how long this program has been running in your unconscious processes.
What other structures or systems are positioned in your beliefs to keep it erected.

Think of everything that was believed until this point which has become dependable, familiar, all knowing, a comfort of sorts.

A Devil you know situation, and in order to break free of the wall it may seem like a vast no mans land. It certainly is new and unfamiliar, less than cozy and probably quite intimidating.

Changing beliefs, Limitations, Habits, and our lowest and smallest ideas can be a huge daunting upheaval. It is ok that "Nobody does the jump the first time" (The matrix) we can expect to experience many false starts along the way.

The Beauty of the process
The Journey is the journey, the absolute beauty of the process is becoming excellent at the process and all the wonderful things we discover about ourselves along the way.
Each step forward takes us to a new place of magnificence that we would never have seen unless we continued moving forward.
We begin to notice other possibilities other interests other things that make us curious.
We begin to expand our experience and how we ultimately perceive the world around us.


With each experience we become more experienced
By experiencing new things we become more experienced in how we solve problems and gain solutions, our mind get's in the habit of finding solutions and focusing on our intentions.
And we find out just how amazingly strong each one of us really is.

Our Unconscious mind finds solutions
The more our mind is used to being active in this way it becomes a more dependable organ for us, every single time our mind finds viable solutions, new pathways are created causing less problem time and faster solution time, allowing you to move forward on to other achievements.

Think of it as a Game
What if you were to think of it as a game that you can score points with, just something to keep your mind busy.
What if it were a Poker game. Part of the challenge is being able to continue to show up and stay in the game.
As long as you are still in the game you have an equal chance to win the pot, no matter what it seems like. You are just one move away from Winning the whole Pot isn't that exciting!

The first step is often the hardest
Finding the courage to just begin stands between you, your wall and your possibilities.
If you were to just explore the probability that you could, you are on your way.

Then it is a matter of taking accountability that your Beliefs got you into this self imposed Prison.
Be Kind with yourself as you will need all your best bits to help you along the way.

Begin to Notice your feelings, write them down and decide what you will do next.
Slowly and surely is better that never ever.

Tricks of the Mind | NLP is Fun

The Mind is very good at convincing you of anything. This has nothing to do with if it is true or not.

Things that you are afraid of are just "What ifs", beliefs. your own home made ideas that you have had on rotation long enough to think of as real. Illusions we know by now that reality is subjective but try explaining that to somebody having a panic attack !
Instead though, there are so many things that you can do to quickly get control of Overwhelm and fear like this for example


To enjoy Peak states we must learn to begin to diligently break down these mental constructions in our mind at the times when there is no pressure to perform.


 You can train your mind to become your best friend and ally.

In NLP we speak about Phobia’s a great deal. Phobia’s are not the exception to the rule as one may 
think,  In fact, they are a demonstration of how easily we can influence ourselves with suggestions. 
This is Self hypnosis at it’s best.

We have programmed our mind to do what we have asked it to do.

“As the Thinker thinks the prover proves”.

Our mind wants to follow out our regular programming and is certainly resistant to change.

Change is good, as long as it is not happening in a way we don’t want it to right ?
Or perhaps this is not true.

Maybe even problems are good and hold value
Perhaps a challenge is just a chance to improve
What if we were to re frame the meaning ?

This means that (bad)
And that means for sure we are all going to die (worse)

And could also mean

This means that (Good)
And that means we will all get something better now 
Isn’t that a relief and a stress release ...

What if we did this instead ?

So the meaning we have decided without really knowing for sure in NLP we call this a "Mind read" which is a Distortion in the Meta Model.

There is information Deleted and yet we have drawn a very fuzzy conclusion.
Guess what, this happens all the time.

Sometimes it can be as simple as following the fear to it’s worst conclusion and then asking well 
what about if ________________________ happens

What will happen then 
And how will that affect you 
Is that really true ?

Do you know this for sure ?
Has there ever been a time when _____________ happened to anyone and they were OK 
Has there ever been a time when ___________________ happened and they were really good in fact they thrived?

This is about connecting to the distortions, as this happens it takes the stuffing out of them.

We are using the Meta Model to begin to chunk down from the ambiguous trains of thoughts.
This means if it is a thought it must earn its position to influence us so greatly.

We must know for sure it is absolutely
Solid Gold
Lock tight 
The absolute undisputed truth 
Verifiable
Provable
Swear on the bible
Everyone in the whole world will recognize it as truth without any problem.
In other words, it is a scientific fact well documented by scientists and other likely learned fellows.

Can you prove your Fear is absolutely True ?
Make a List of 10 ways in which you know for sure your Fear is going to happen.

Program your Unconscious Mind | NLP is Fun

As Neuro Linguistic programmers we have made a great distinction in our level of commitment to our personal development.
We use Well Formed Outcomes to refine and get clear in full sensory experience with what we truly want. We understand why this exact Outcome is ideal for us.

We know we have all the resources we need within us and can get additional resources outside us too. We plan, we Time line we Test.

We .. We ..

With that being said we have all agreed that The Big one is always to Program our Unconscious mind in the way that we prefer out Actions to support our new wants.
We are aiming for congruence here.
NLP is Fun | Be Certain of Your Outcome
Our Conscious mind connecting with our unconscious mind which we know can only be achieved through Unconscious installation.
Which is why we succeed where other self proclaimed "Self help Guru's" Fail.
We must get beyond the Critical faculty to influence the unconscious mind.

Why oh why .. then do we not apply the effort in Installing the Outcome into our unconscious mind.

Do we believe we can just want it once and it should magically appear.
Is this to do with The Secret (again) and other misunderstood new age Philosophies

Anyone who knows me knows I am a believer of esoteric principles, But for the love or progress let us really believe in what we want.
Let us move through all internal resistance, and let us put in the work instead of giving up after 5 minutes.

Perhaps we have been given double messages in various  Values  filtering systems that it has left a person confused. One book says this another says that ..!
One tells you to persevere the other tells you to Quit or run away "It wasn't meant to be"

I am not sure where exactly or specifically we learned this however in Neuro linguistic programming we take  a different approach and the person with the most flexibility wins.
Hands down every time.

Be flexible
Manage state
Calibrate
Refine
Program more
Calibrate
Future pace
Repeat
Until you get the result.

You have got to be able to build up the belief.
Take the T.O,T.E model for example.

Test
Operate
Test
Exit

There are multiple strategies that will work in any given outcome when one works perfectly it will be evident.

The main point though is that one will work !
Why give up so easily, just do something else and stop doing what you have already identified as useless within this context.
It just means it doesn't fit here but you can still get your outcome, go another way about it.

NLP is Fun | Take a Break

Have you ever noticed, We live such a fast paced life that it doesn't actually occur to us to take a break sometimes it is all about squeezing so much in so such a short space of time.


 We may have even bought into the belief that if we do not keep on going (even when we are on E) we will loose productivity.

The truth of it is though are we just doing busy work ?
In fact if you take a break and go inside yourself to recharge, you will begin to notice you are actually following your own real intention and connecting once again to your best resources.

Isn't it important to check in and take a break rather than just throwing any old s&%% against the wall just to push something tangible out ?
It depends on you and how clear you are with your life goals and what you are really are truly serious about working towards.

Busy work is not actually productivity, also have you defined ahead of time what you hope to achieve.
As you connect to yourself and your own intention you will get clear and if that means stopping everything then do that.

Spend some time in Breath, and get with 10 steps to congruent goal achieving to figure things out.
A Powerful recharge will change everything if you give yourself the permission to be your best self coming from your most highest intention.


Trust me life still happens with or without you for a few moments, hours, days, weeks, or however long you want.

When I speak about Killing it 2015 this is a huge part of this process, finding your own highest purpose and intention for your life and using every moment purposefully to experience the absolute most out of your life experience.

Even if it is not fabulous in your life at the moment, something great is happening and unless you are willing to experience it fully you will not find it.

Kahlil Gibran said in his wonderful book "The Prophet"
 "The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain". If this is the case all experience has purpose doesn't it.

NLP is Fun | Behavioral Flexibility

In NLP we learned in the NLP Presuppositions that people are not their behavior.
Certainly the person is valuable and perhaps in any given moment what they are doing is not so valuable to you.

However within some context there is value in what they are doing ..
Also The person with the most Flexibility is able to say in the game longer.

The more flexible you are willing to be the more resources you will locate. Being adaptable provides more opportunities to go after your outcome.

Building, Maintaining and Controlling your state and therefore your own responses comes first. You are in charge of yourself and maintaining You takes everything you have to do it well.


In this way you can elicit a response for your outcome or you will secure the outcome as you recreate a new response and even new responses.

Being flexible is about being empowered and many people think it is the opposite way around.
Being flexible with your behavior and being determined to do so until you get your outcome is the way of peak performers.

People who give up without understanding the Big Picture as well as the details are usually not necessarily focused on the Outcome.
The real questions should always be focused on getting your result.
Next time decide ahead of time and play your game to win.

Remain flexible
Manage your state
Look for opportunities
Shoot to score
Calibrate
Adjust
Repeat
Win

Create a State of certainty in your Outcome | NLP is Fun

The Power of NLP gives us the awareness of being able to calibrate ourselves as well as other people.

In this day and age getting sidetracked is a way of life for some. With so many online apps, networking sites and Facebook it is a wonder one ever reaches their destination.

Our success in any endeavor can simply be tracked back to our Feelings.
Either it feels Good
Or it Feels Bad

The other thing is at some level you must decide that you want to feel great and that all your choices result in you feeling great.
When you feel great you do great and you will open the window of possibility which moves the process further in the direction you would like.

When you have an open heart you can connect to your passion and begin to live as Authentically as possible resulting in absolute fulfillment and satisfaction.

Once you have decided you need to maintain a level of certainty. here is an NLP exercise that will help you to do that.

NLP Pattern for Creating Certainty :
1. Think of something you absolutely know for sure
2. Notice all Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory responses present in the 4tuple
3. find the distinctions in each submodality
4. Think of something you are NOT sure of or do not absolutely believe
5. Notice all of the 4tuple responses for this belief
6. Chunk down to the submodality distinctions and notice the differences
7. Begin to draw a contract between what you are really certain of and what you are not certain of
8. Move the belief that is uncertain into the place of a certain belief until it feels different
9. Place the new belief into the Submodality space of the certain belief until it feels absolutely certain.
10. Future pace to determine if it now feels certain.

Eben Alexander Harvard Neurosurgeon talks about Heaven | NLP is Fun

Neurology and Consciousness has everything to do with NLP after all so this is really interesting. I recently stumbled on this story after watching Super Soul Sunday On OWN Oprah Winfrey Network.

Dr Eben Alexander used to tell patients whom had ideas of white lights and Tunnels that they were hallucinating after near death experiences. In his estimation it was not Physiologically possible for this to occur because he thought of the brain activity and these limitations.

After having his own near death experience whilst being in a Coma he shares his own account of what he experienced which has really shaken up our understanding of Neuro science and consciousness.
He shares his story here  one of the most exciting elements to come out of it for me, is once again referring to the power of belief.

One of the quotes he says is Consciousness defies Psychology and even belief. Obviously so.
With that being said the power to change your mind is quite obviously to change yourself.

What is being Associated verses Dissociated | NLP is Fun

In an Neuro linguistic Programming Training as you are eliciting Desired states you will consistently hear phrasing like "Be Fully Associated" and "Amplify" or "Now Dissociate", and now "Double Dissociate" NLP is like that. There are ways in which we can enhance or limit the impact of the experience.

So Let's speak about this today. firstly what I mean by enhancing the experience has to do with how connected you are to the experience.

Who do you want to be | NLP is Fun 

What does "Being Fully Associated" mean ?
This means you are running through the experience just as if it was happening right now. you are looking at the world through your very own eyes so you cannot see your whole body. You can see your hands and feet and bits of your body from within yourself.

If you look around you know this is exactly what you will notice in your memory too your surroundings and you can pay attention to what else is present. Association then is a Solid connection to yourself and also is a state of consciousness in that you are aware of your surroundings and the impact of your experience too.

What is Being Fully Associated and Amplify and Connect fully to V.A.K.O.G Representation systems
In this case you are engaging with your (4 T) Four Tuple as you experience your full range of sensory internal experience.

V= Visual
A= Auditory
K = Kinesthetic
O= Olfactory / G= Gustatory

The value of this is, let's say Being Associated was a "sketch" Being Fully Associated is filling in the details just like painting a master piece one stroke at a time.

In this Powerful state you can fully engage with all of the finer distinctions that can be found in each  of the Submodalities.

What is Being Dissociated mean ?
This means now You can see your whole Body and even your own facial expressions. You are watching yourself in many ways from a distance.
The further you go, the less the feelings of the moment seem real or connected to reality.

It is a way of having potential for objectivity, which can happen when you are dissociated.

What is Double Dissociation ?
Depending on the situation, like a Phobia for example, the pain may seem so intense that a person needs a barrier between even viewing the experience and them in the present time.
In that case imagine:

Watching yourself sitting down (Dissociated)

Watching Yourself, Watching Yourself on a Screen (Double Dissociated ) By the way depending on a persons Driver (Critical Submodality you can change the modality to have less impact in that area)
A= Sound Proof Plexi glass
V= Mist/Fog
K= A feeling of a Warm blanket
O/G = while eating smelling comfort food
Do you feel as if you know how to Dissociate and Associate now,when you are working through patterns ?

You will find this makes tons of difference.

NLP | Four Tuple (4T) | 4 Tuple | NLP is Fun

In Neuro linguistic programming you my often hear the Phrase 4 Tuple. So what does a (4T) 4 Tuple or Four Tuple mean in NLP ?

Answer: A 4 Tuple (4T) / Four Tuple is a Model and it is comprised of full sensory experience which Must include:
1. V=Visual
2. A=Auditory
3. K=Kinesthetic
4. O=Olfactory/ G = Gustatory (as one for the sake of abbreviation) O = O/G in other words.

This Model originated as an Internal experience and a way of processing with full sensory awareness to engage with and enhance to amplify the fullest experience possible.
Because processing in this way can be frequently unconscious, it may switch to an external experience as well.

This is indicated as:
I = Internal
E= External

Thought and Thinking is defined as Internal Processing
E = External added with a modality indicates something outside of Self

Once the sequence of the structure of processing is elicited it will be recorded in the exact sequence and then becomes a Strategy.
This is useful to add to or deconstruct the particular behavior.
Depending on if the behavior is adding to the quality of a persons life or not.

When a Strategy is written, it also includes Internal or External to the Modality as we mentioned before because this makes a difference to exactly how a person is processing.

Which helps us to help them insert more choices exactly where they are needed.

A strategy for a specific structure could then be written the following way:
Ke = Kinesthetic External (something on the outside inspired me /Annoyed me / made me smile
Ki = Kinesthetic Internal ( I felt cozy when the fire was lit / I smiled when I remembered you)
And so on for each sensory Modality.

This is an example of how you will designate what a person is doing and know how a person is creating a certain behavior.

Each Model must have the 4 Tuple components to provide a full range for a sound and maximized exploration and experience.

Here is what a strategy sequence may look like:
K1 ->Adi->Ve->Vi.

Feels bad->Says"I feel bad"->Sees a Rainbow->Feels better inside.
Easy isn't it.

NLP Celebrates 40 Year Anniversary | NLP is Fun

Congratulations to the field of Neuro Linguistic programming for being 40 years  in existence. 
NLP is my passion and ongoing and ever expanding technology of choice as an Interviewer - Trainer - Coach - Speaker - People Developer - Communicator -Blogger - Vlogger - High achiever - Life Conqueror and everything else in between.

Using NLP has given me a set of tools that compare to none and a constant drive to improve and question "what is real to me or to them, and how is reality being constructed in this context anyway".
This is an extremely powerful concept because it presents the opportunity that what we see does not have to be what we get.

There is so much more for us to discover about how we present reality, what this means, why we have decided that, would we like to change it and if so what will be the best way for each individual.
Then testing, tweaking and achieving in great strides that seem ridiculously easy from the other side.

We can do all of this and so much more.
We have the absolute advantage with this technology.
We must treat it as an exploration, this information will expand as much as we would like it to.
we are improving NLP for each of our use, we are adding to it's benefit as we learn about it and what else is possible for each of us.

Becoming a Practitioner of NLP opens a persons eyes and perhaps starts the journey and the relationship.
Becoming a Master Practitioner, begins to take NLP to an advanced level of knowledge and Know how, Introducing even deeper concepts of personal transformation and directional life and business mastery.

This however certainly is not the That is it I know it all know! That some may think it is and neither is becoming a Trainer of NLP.

The journey of NLP is an ongoing conversation and one that never ends, it certainly is best learned through personal application which is an attitude, a daily commitment to using this tool set to gain richer and more powerful living.

Pump up your Power In minutes | NLP is Fun

If you are a regular reader of this Blog about Neuro Linguistic programming NLP is Fun you will know I love to speak about the power of Mind and Body, Mind Body being one cybernetic loop.

Your brain influences how you feel/heal and your Body Influences how you Feel/Heal in your Emotions.

Using your physiology to release good brain chemistry then is essential to creating great states and real Power moves.

Btw, do you regularly work out ?
If you use your body to move and really challenge yourself, you will know it feels amazing.
If you haven't managed to get on track with working out just yet then this blog post may be of great interest to you and could easily be a great way to begin.

You can split your Power moves and strength training into just 4 minutes segments,
Believe it or not allot can be done in 4 minutes and you can certainly get your heart rate going.
And Power up the Strength and Intensity.

I love to challenge myself on a High intensity Run or Power walk in the morning for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Later in the day, I frequently use 4 minute intervals to ramp up energy it throughout the day and do the exercises that are more challenging to do all at once.

Yoga clears your mind and aligns your "Body Mind" in just a few minutes | NLP is Fun

Stuff like sit ups, crunches and Planks. Sometimes I do Yoga just to release tension, clear my mind and energize powerfully at the same time. There are lots of short video's you can follow along with too and the warm ups alone get your energy buzzing powerfully.

What is your story | NLP is Fun

Today I was thinking about stories, for example The stories we tell ourselves, and  each other. In fact the Stories we live by.
Stories have so much go do with our experience our Past, Present and Future. If I was to ask you what is your story, would you tell me all of the things that are wrong with your life. Is this what you play over and over in your mind ?
Or would it be a happy ending, in fact a story of Victory and Triumph over extreme obstacles.

Would it be an inspiring story of strength, personal power and Determination against all odds ?
What is your story and what are you doing every single day to make sure you are the Victor and Role model of your own story ?
Perhaps you can begin to think of yourself differently even as somebody who always succeeds no matter what it seems like.
Use the Circle of excellence to remember what it feels like to become Victorious and Win.
Then just begin to Act as if and make it happen.
You can begin with a little Self Hypnosis to really program your mind for the better.

10 Steps to take control of Criticism Now | NLP is Fun

There are some times when a person has a habit of criticizing and looking for what is wrong in just about any situation.
This remember, is just a way of filtering for difference.
The person is filtering through a Frame of :
"What is wrong with this"
"What is Different about this"


The presupposition is that the person would prefer to control the frame and has a set way in which they would like it to show up.

1.The Components must be right
2.The circumstances must be right
3.The sequence must be right


On the other hand,  people who are looking to please others and fit within the parameters that have been (Ambiguously) set will inevitably get something wrong

Because if all three are not right, then none of it is right in the Criticizers mind.

Recap:
1.The Components must be right
2.The circumstances must be right
3.The sequence must be right

Now the problem with this is once you are on the receiving end of all of this constant filtering. Because it feels like Judgement and criticism, and this does not feel very nice.
Eventually it tends to make people nervous to do anything for fear of Ridicule and criticism.

Here are some things you can do to take the sting out of being criticized and Judged and become immune.

The Pattern:
1. Think about somebody who filters through difference and frequently criticizes you to the point where you feel really bad.

2. Notice in your minds eye, the way they look at you.

3. Hear them say all the nasty things they say and notice how they say it, including gestures, Body Language, Tonality.

4.Notice where any bad feeling starts in your body.

5.Take this Image and make it Black and White.

6. Move it far away and into the distance.

7. Make it much smaller and put a funny hat on the Person or something else that makes you laugh.
Hear them repeat the criticism using crazy tonality that makes you laugh or takes the sting out of it.
8. Begin to notice how quickly you feel better.

9. Clear the screen, Future pace and repeat for effectiveness check.

10 Calibrate as necessary.

Any way when you work this exercise through you will quickly erase all of the nastiness and Then you can still Train your brain to  Kill it in 2015 with us and get amazing results.

Failure is Final | NLP is Fun

"People who believe in failure are Guaranteed a Mediocre existence" according to Tony Robbins and we know this is true don't we.

Because your RAS = Reticular Activating system searches to filter out anything that is not reminding you that you have been programmed to fail.

So when you want something no matter what it seems like, stay plugged into the end result that you are expecting.

You can and will do it when you are certain that you will achieve your result.
Even if everyone you know and look up to is having a hard time believing in you, you can believe in you with all you have,

Every fiber of your being must be congruent in expectation of your achievement and do not become Hypnotized by fear of Failure, after all Failure is Final.

Failure is stopping and concluding you have tried everything and it just won't happen.
Remember Nikola Tesler who in spite of obsessive and compulsive behaviors and multiple challenges with his work was determined to prove his ideas were useful and unique.

Today Nikola Tesler's work is well respected and his legacy positive.
Failure is Final, so deciding a person has failed is never really true since even after death a persons work can live on and be awarded the highest honors.

Whatever your project make sure you first learn how to motivate yourself and find new ways to succeed while being certain you WILL Get it!
